Fabio Grigorjev has more than 18 years of experience as developer and project manager specialized in software solutions for the Wireless Telecommunications industry and Telehealth applications
Since 1992 Fabio has built and led highly competitive teams that have delivered outstanding results for companies that understand the value of global services delivery. As an Agile thinker, Team Leader, Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Fabio is laser-focused on managing development engagements where the synergies of people, processes and tools result in quality outcomes to customer stakeholders.
From his Córdoba-based headquarters, Fabio utilizes the Agile Offshore Development Team Model to execute remote development engagements across multiple platforms and Web2.0 applications. He continues to expand his experience in CMMI Level 5 organizations and participates in several standards entities (IEEE, Bluetooth, Continua Health Care).

After working in technology for over 13 years, Omar Chaig started Taller Technologies in response to the growing and urgent need for software engineers to service international markets. What started as a handful of developers grew to over 40 engineers within two years – and Taller continues to expand at this significant pace.
Omar has extensive, hands-on experience in building and supporting teams by creating motivating and encouraging environments where his people thrive each day. As Taller’s Human Resources Manager, Verónica Villarreal brings with her vast knowledge of the Argentinian IT skills market and recruitment processes imperative to retaining the right talent at the right time.
